This app prints through Android's own Print system, the same one every app uses. If your Bluetooth printer has its print-service app installed (most do, check its box or app store listing), it will show up as an option when you tap Test print or Print on a receipt. A printer that only offers a raw Bluetooth pairing with no print-service app cannot be reached from a web page like this one, that is an Android platform limitation, not something this app can work around.
